Born and raised in Southern California, I live and work now in NorCal’s Gold Country. I am a writer, photographer, and traveler.

I hold an MFA in Creative Writing and have worked most of my professional life as an advertising copywriter. I am an experienced presenter, a versatile writer, and a strategically-minded creative leader.

In my photography, I love exploring the relationship between form, light, and shadow in all manner of subjects and genres. I often shoot in black and white, embracing a documentary/street photography style that seeks to capture the all-too-fleeting decisive moment. My goal is to create photographs that invite the viewer into an emotional experience beyond what meets the eye.
